Iridology, the Hippo Way

Windows to the Soul

The eyes are the windows to the soul. This phrase could not be any more true, when it comes to Iridology.

Iridology is the study and practice of observing and analyzing the unique topographical presentation of the eyes, to provide insight into the internal workings of the human body.

Iridology is an assessment tool that we can use to help guide individuals to optimal health through understanding how their body works and what their strengths and weaknesses are.

Body

Iridology shows us our body constitution; genetic inheritance; organ strengths and weaknesses; the types of foods we best tolerate; the function of various body systems, like the digestive system; and more.

When body systems are out of balance, we can experience physical symptoms. Natural methods, like nutrition and lifestyle modification, can be used to restore balance, and improve function.

The iris has been mapped into various zones that correspond with specific organs or body systems. Iridology can help us identify issues before they manifest as problems.

Mind

How we view the world is a direct reflection of how we view ourselves, as well as how our internal environment operates. Our emotional tendencies are related to the functional level of our organs. For example, if one suffers from diabetes, a common feeling experienced is a lack of sweetness in life or even bitterness.

Iridology helps us determine our emotional tendencies, psychological traits and the corresponding organs, and can even show us how we may cope with stress.

When we become aware of our emotional tendencies, we are able to adjust them accordingly with time and practice.

Nature

Dependency on medications; treating symptoms versus treating the whole patient; consuming more processed and refined foods than natural ones; reliance on vehicles instead of taking the bus or walking. These are but a few examples of society becoming distant with nature, for the sake of convenience at the expense of our well-being.
If you have undergone some treatment, then do consult your doctor and find out if this is your problem, do not feel embarrassed – be thankful it was such a simple fix!!! If you continue to have issues after checking these few things, contact your professional for advice. levitra from canadian pharmacy Many people will try to cover up their bald spots by wearing a hat, but still, you have to realize that the hat that you put on tilt tadalafil cheapest price body accumulation. The further we move from nature, the closer we are to illness

Nature provides us with eyes to observe our external environment, but also to look inwardly on ourselves and others; to take preventative action in our own health; and to realize that our own healing comes from ourselves, and ultimately, from nature.

Simple Steps

  1. Give yourself permission to change! This is one of the first steps to take on your healing path. Allow yourself to be open to new ideas and perspectives. How can you heal, if you aren’t ready and open to do so?
  2. Drink 8 glasses of fresh, clean water daily. Consider adding about an ounce or two of lemon juice to your water every morning; this will help balance the pH of the water and add a small amount of trace minerals.
  3. Get outside! Spend at least 30 minutes per day going for a walk, jogging, cycling or even shoveling some snow! You will be amazed at how different you feel with some extra sunlight (vitamin D). If you are sensitive to depression or anxiety, you may wish to supplement with 5,000 to 10,000 IU per day of vitamin D during the winter, and dropping that back down to about 2,000 to 3,000 IU per day for the rest of the year. The importance of this vitamin cannot be emphasized enough; more and more research demonstrates this fact.
