During your initial session, we will:
- Discuss your personal health needs and diet
- Offer a nutritional assessment to identify your concerns
- Provide you with starting point recommendations in areas of nutrition, lifestyle and supplements, and information about your situation
- Discuss cooking methods, processing and agricultural concerns, as they relate to you
Follow-up sessions gives us the opportunity to help keep you motivated, continue discussion about topics of concern to you, and allows us to make changes where necessary. We suggest having an appointment approximately once a month, however individual circumstances vary.
Health is a journey, not a destination; it is an ongoing process where nutrient requirements change, and developing a healthy lifestyle is only achieved through perseverance and time.
